1. Download Uber App to your iPhone, Android, or Windows Smart Phone, and sign in to your personal account.
2. Open Uber App: Open your Uber app by taping on the black Uber icon.
3. Tap on menu icon: You will see a three line menu at top left corner. Just tap on that.
4. Tap on Help: Tap the ‘Help’ item from the App’s menu and read all the information or report any trip related issue to Uber.
5. Select topic: Read the topic carefully. Select topic related to your issue for example (refund, payment, guide, driver call, lost item, etc.)
6. Select your issue: Now select the main issue you are facing. it is listed in the list. This list is showing as you selected the topic in previous steps. To change the topic you can go back to previous steps.
7. Choose unknown charge type. Here we are taking the example of an unknown charge. You need to select the option as per your issues.
8. Enter charge amount: What amount is deducted you need to enter here.
Riders can book or cancel rides, track routes using GPS, use the offline map, calculate estimated fares, and check the App for various options and details.
2. Contact Uber Customer Service on Twitter
Usually, all e-commerce entities are more active on social media as their profiles are public and so does Uber Customer support, However you may get a generic response from them online, but it’s the best way to make them call you back and to get to speak to a real human from Uber.

Tweet your query to any of these handles. Uber Customer support is supposed to respond quickly.
3. Is there any email support available in Uber?

According to a source, Uber does have an emergency number, 800-353-8257. It’s supposed to be reserved for “very critical” situations and it would probably be best to just call the police in the majority of “very critical situations”.

I have been trying to get help with this Issue , I can not use my payment method and its link with Paypal, I have non relevant answers given to me by Uber help, a lot of texting going back and forth, all the suggestions are either not helpful or all completely irrelevant, deleting the Uber eats app , delete the uber apps and reinstalled, call PayPal, none of the above work, Short of just try to talk to the customer and Uber does not have this option, its unreal. I am disabled for reasonable accommodation I need to take trip using Uber to get to my medical appointments and hospital visit weekly.
I am inquiring as to why my account was disabled. My old phone was compromised and I reported it to Uber support to deactivate my account along with the debit card associated with it. Since I have received a new phone, I download the Uber app from Ipad app store. Once I have downloaded the Uber app, I opened the app and sign up. Once I have entered in all my personal details I create and activate an account for me. I setup my account today and attempt to request a picked up. After I noticed that the destination address was incorrect I canceled immediately. I did not get any warning saying that my debit card will be charged for cancel fees. When I attempt to request another ride, my Uber account has already been disabled. Now, my debit card was charged for cancellation fees.

My first experience was horrible. The driver showed up at the wrong address. My address starts with 267, not 274. He waited at wrong address, didn’t bother calling me to see where I was. Next, I told him that I have a heart condition (only 25 percent output from my heart) and needed to enter a ’round trip, but since I was new to Uber, I didn’t know how. So, he entered it for me. The app showed the round trip plus the price. I told him that a realtor was going to show me a new office and that it might take 15 to 20 minutes. He assured me that he would wait. He didn’t wait. When I got back, he was nowhere to be found. I checked my phone. He hadn’t called. I checked the app. He was logged out and I had a charge of $10.64. I checked my bank. The charge of $10.64 was there. The driver left me stranded there AFTER being told of heart condition. Never called. Never came back. I didn’t want to get charged another ten bucks. That’s why I wanted round trip to save money. So, I was just stuck. Didn’t have a way to contact the driver. No way to call Uber.
To add insult to injury, an additional $5 charge showed up on my bank statement online AND I never got my freeride discount for this being my first ride. AND Uber assured me on the app that I wouldn’t be getting one.
Well, folks, that’s my first and LAST Uber experience, since Uber provides no way to communicate by phone AND hires unreliable drivers AND is dishonest about their “freeride” discount.
I’ve used Lyft several times and ALWAYS had a good experience. My mistake. I should’ve used Lyft.

Many employees of our company use a Lloyds card to make payments for their rides. We do not know who are the employees that are using this card. I would like to know how can we disconnect these users from this card or how to delete this card from their accounts. I took ride from uber yesterday i generally take uber rides idk what why happend yesterday the uber fare they were showing on phone was 167 and after the arrival at the destination he asked to pay 272 (103) extra and the drop was uttar pradesh to uttar pradesh how do we consider 105 extra as a toll tax?? Their.was no toll tax in between then why did he took 272 the way they were showing in the map before taking ur ride was same ur driver Mohan took us from. Car.no was Up14GT 5387 swift desize white .

On 29th November 2018 at 4.50AM I have used Uber car to travel to Airport from my residence at Salt Lake. The reference no.4941. I have paid a sum of Rs.151.75 against the said ride.
The driver told me that the payment has already been made. I have told him that I am NOT using Uber frequently and don’t have any Uber account also. Thus it is a mistake and I have paid the money in CASH.
