2. Need to give a certificate for the good conduct in the Greenlight hub of Uber.
3. Need to submit the CEIDG/ KRS for running a business.
4. Licence of PHV
5. Submission of certificate, having no record of crime.

In case the owner would also be driving, then they need to also submit following documents such as-

1. Document of vehicle they are going to drive.
2. Driving licence, which should have the validity of at least one year.
